Q-Ball Agility is pleased to welcome Terry Simons back for an agility seminar Saturday, November 13th 8:00am - 5:00pm and Sunday, November 14th 8:00am - 5:00pm. | ||
Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon will be for Starters/Advanced dogs and Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning for Masters/High Advanced. Working positions are limited to 8 dogs. There are unlimited auditing spots. | ||
Starters/Advanced Saturday AM Creating a visual language Jumping patterns, drills and exercises to help build a visual language between handler and dog. Exercises will cover front and rear cross lectures as well as practical exercises including serpentines, 180 and 270 recognition. Minimum requirement -teams should be ready to compete at the Starters level. All levels welcomed. |
Advanced Sunday PM Course analysis & breakdown Course work for those who are competing or Master handlers with Starters dogs. Courses will be set up and handlers will walk the course and run it as if for competition. Terry and handlers will then analyze the course(s) and the problem sequences will be broken down into drills. |

Master/High Advanced Saturday PM Handling behind the line Practical gamble work integrating strategy and performance of your gamble and how to improve on your skills with twists and turns along the way. |
Masters Sunday AM Serpentine savvy For the Advanced/ Master handler; emphasis will be on getting down the line for serpentines and front crosses. Also: fine tuning of front crosses, touching upon the differences for push- and pull-throughs. |
