Sometimes called a 'Red Ferrari', Keeper loves to fly fast around an Agility course with Ann trailing far behind him! Agility is Keeper's newest sport and, by far, his favourite. It is a perfect venue for him as he has boundless energy. Sometimes 'pushy' but always happy, Keeper is a 'thinking' dog who always does his best to figure out just what is wanted from him. Keeper also has a great sense of humour and loves to make people laugh. His favourite time to demonstrate this is in the Obedience ring. As a young dog, he actually did a somersault while showing in his first AKC show to the delight of the audience and the complete embarrassment of Ann. When not playing in Agility, (or Obedience, Rally, Herding and occasionally Conformation) Keeper spends his days as a class pet in a Grade One class. He has been working in this manner since he was 8 weeks old. Keeper's specialty is helping children with special needs.
